Leftovers: Fried Rice

We got takeout from Twisted Noodles on Friday night (fairly good, but not awesome, esp. since the fried rice was overcooked) and have a container of leftover white rice. When I’ve tried to make fried rice before, I end up with a wet blob/mass/glop of ingredients that’s never very good. (I used Mark Bittman’s recipe last time–it must have been my technique…) I’m off to test this recipe, courtesy of The Kitch’n. Happy Sunday!
